    non-keto shampoo for off days??

for about 3 months ive been using regenepureDR (1% keto) shampoo about twice a week as my shampoo treatment. i also ordered regenepureNT (their non-keto shampoo) by accident, not knowing what it was. ive been using this as my non-keto shampoo for the other 5 days of the week, but the bottle is almost out. what is the best non-keto shampoo for the scalp/to promote overall hair health and growth to use on non-keto days?? what do you guys use?

    thanks

Any organic shampoo that is free of SLS and should suffice. I use Regenepure-NT and also a brand called Nature Clean on days I don't use keto shampoo.

I agree with the above re using a sulphate free shampoo on your non-nizoral / keto shampoo days.

I (and a few others on here I believe) use a shampoo from Avalon Organics which is said to be sulphate free, it contains some supposedly 'good' ingredients like biotin, saw palmetto, wheat protein etc. It also says it is a thickening shampoo, although don't expect miracles on that front.

I have deliberated switching from nizoral 2% twice a week (and then shampoos like this on my niz off days), to just something like Regenpure that contains 1% keto I understand and then use that everyday. I do think Nizoral has been good for me though over the past 14 months or so since I started it, so thats why I am hesitating switching my regimen...

That Kiss My Face shampoo seems interesting, i'll check it out.

I currently use Avlon Organics Biotin B-Complex Thickening Shampoo and the Conditioner as well. Honestly I just use it to use a shampoo, I don't it really thickens hair much. Maybe it does but I don't notice it since I have a really low haircut [1 all over].

Just glycerin soap for me, followed by conditioner with zinc in it. No SLS in either one
