    more treatments please

ok for mpb we have 2 treatments Propecia and minoxidil. Both with side effects.Do you think any vitamins that might be helpful too?Maybe taking some vitamins orally will help too.Is anything going to help except propecia and minoxidil?

any alternative treatments?something that may slow down the process or something that gives you healthier hair and stronger hair

Taking vitamins isn't proven help with MPB but I would recommend doing so anyway. Other than those two, RU has had a lot of success..but that is about it.

There are alternative treatments; they are experimental. You'll have to do a bit of digging to find information on them. There is not a lot of room for consistency when going the experimental route, really. And no guaranteed results. Look into RU, CB, beta-sitosterol topicals (imho), etc. Maybe try and get a membership to PHG private forum.

There is no evidence for vitamins, no.

I agree with these.. I also heard CB is quite promising. I have heard some doctors say that taking biotin with propecia can slightly enhance the results, I would take vitamins because at worst it is just going to make you more healthy.
