    How important is nizoral to the regimen? and how often should it be used?

                      When i was younger i used to use nizoral and it worked somewhat but as I got older my hair loss seemed to accelerate and noticed more hair falling off in shower etc. I had to be more aggressive with my treatment.

                          I think that nizoral is underrated...

                          Everyone keeps throwing around this official study - http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18498517 where it mentions that the hair density remained unchanged but shedding decreased and shaft diameter increased... OK, but if I understand correctly - the keywords DENSITY UNCHANGED means that nizoral alone was enough to at least HALT hair loss, right? Why is no one mentioning that? Why does Tracy keep saying that nizoral isn't enough?
