Question about applying nizoral

Hi all.
Im currently using nizoral 2% once aweek and this is how i use it: i apply it and rub it for couple of seconds then leave it for 5 minutes without touching and then just wash it with water, is this how it supposed to be used or should i rub it for 5 minutes ?

That is a good way to do it - do not rub in for 5 mins.

I think that's the way to go. That's exactly how i do it. Just massage it in gently for literally seconds just to the clean the hair (until your hair is 'squeaky') and then let it sit for 5 mins. I generally make sure it's the first thing i do in the shower then continue scrubbing the rest of me; balls, ass, armpits, face etc (no particular order) when that's done it's about 5 minutes and I rinse off the shampoo. Too much info?
