Rogaine use then shower few hours later

If I use Rogaine in the morning then I shower a few hours later will this wash away the effects of Rogaine where I must re-apply it? Or do I just wait till night time for the regularly scheduled second dose. Thanks.

I think you should wait at least 4 hours after applying, then you can wash your hair

I usually apply AFTER my shower. Why would you apply it first, and then shower a few hours later? If you have to follow your regiment of applying then showering, I'd recommend using it at night time before going to bed. I used to do that while in grad school.

It is always a good idea to read the information that comes with medications. The information that comes with Rogaine says to wait four hours before allowing your hair to get wet.
