Does anyone by any chance know what you're chances are of having the same baldness pattern as say a grandfather? Or if it will be worse? I also heard that only like 7% of men who have any loss go to NW7. Any experts?

All that we can really say for sure is that having bald ancestors increases your chances of balding. Unfortunately, there are no real reliable indicators. -
