You will start shedding like a mother****er in a week or 2, for a week or 2... if it works.

hoping i dont, ive seen a bunch of post from people who say they didnt shed and still got results. Plus the actual rogaine site says that it you do shed and it lasts longer then the first two weeks to stop and see your doctor.

Funnily enough I didn't notice a great deal of change in the amount of hair I'd see in the shower, I just noticed bang my hairline looked crap-but a sparse centre parting does seem to be filling in ever so slowly, just have to keep at it I reckon.

Hey so 2 weeks in the books, not really seeing any shedding but i feel my hair is slighty worse off, nothing i cant handle though! I still expect it to get alittle worse, but am def gonna see the treatment through.

I will try to update my progress every week or 2 in case anyone cares.

How you doing JM any changes?

Hey heynow, I'm not rockin a Stetson yet, things seem ok at the moment-I seem to have a bit of activity center hairline, and existing hairs are keeping up the fight-got a feeling my hair is improving lately, hanging in there-keep the updates coming.

I worked it out, just a little over 12 weeks once per day - i've been taking TRX2 for 5 months also, but i suspect thats doing little or nothing and the Minox is kicking in, hope it is anyway.

It is but, Ive noticed maybe only four new hairs growing on a usually bare area, they are growing nicely, if there were more I'd be over the moon, but it's a start I guess.

Because more experienced users have said once is fine plus it's more econmonical.

                          Hey guys/gals,
New user of Rogaine here. I was wondering how do apply the foam to your frontal hairline. E.g. Do you massage it in?..
And how much foam per application?

Well I'll chime in. It's been a week since I started Kirkland Minox 5% and the shedding at my temples has been glorious. Also, in a perhaps foolish attempt to find Propecia alternatives I'll get some Saw Palmetto and Biotin next week.

Best of luck to everyone, may the force be with us.

hey guys, almost done with 3 weeks, havent noticed a ton of hair fall but im def shedding, my hair is def worse, but nothing i cant handle at this point.
As for appliying it i just apply the foam directly to 3 spots on my head and try my best to rub it into the scalp. I also just guesstimate how much to apply, i def apply alittle more then half a cap full. Hopefully we will all be seeing good results around the same time!

Melancholic: why dot u just use propecia instead?

Because I don't want to risk my sex life dude, but if the battle gets tough I'll give it a shot. Are you on propecia?
