I check the link above every week, and just last week the clinical status of HSC was at pre-clinical and now its at Phase 1

you are misreading the diagram.

oncology is in the middle of preclinical (ongoing atm).

HST is at the start of phase2 (or in between phase1 and phase2). phase2 is not ongoing yet.

They always did talk about their "Phase 1/2 trial" as a joined effort - maybe phase 1 is, um...administration of the drug, and phase 2 is more a comprehensive safety and efficacy trial? Ach, who knows.
