Saw palmeto with Finasteride

Can we take Saw Palmeto 160 mg. x 2 a day and Fenasteride 1 mg. a day together to get better result? Is it safe?

i am also taking 1 Propecia + Saw Palmeto x 2 a day.....I don't know if it is safe. But I just take for 1 month...(take Propecia for almost 10 years and it is getting less effective). I read an article in web saying that taking SP with pills of similar function may not be safe. Anyone can give comment?

I’ve heard Spencer Kobren say that he himself took SP with finasteride for a while and even mentioned it in his book, but now tells people that it can make sexual side effects worse if you have them.
