Small forehead hairs - From rogaine? what to do?

I am having little hairs pop up on my forehead. I use both finasteride and rogaine. Is it most likely from the rogaine? What should i do? Stop using rogaine? I feel tho if little hairs are growing on my forehead, little hairs are also growing in the frontal region where i am thinning. I really don't want these little hairs tho.

Also, i had some little, awkward, thin hairs on both my temple regions that were out of control and trimmed them off. Of course, now they are little tiny hairs now too.

HOW DO I GET RID OF THESE GOOFY LITTLE HAIRS ON MY FOREHEAD AND TEMPLE REGIONS? Should I shave them or would that make it worse in the long run?
