Do products such as toppik and nanogen cause hairloss?

Anyone had experience with hairloss while using these products? Were you using propecia or not?

Also how well do they work on short hair like ( 3 or 4)

I tried using hair concealer once, Nanogen, but it was literally just a one time thing so I can't say if it contributed to y hair loss. I haven't really read anything about hair loss while using the product. There are more of those who use this product to cover up the bald spots or conceal the thinning areas and still use supplements.
