I've found that this really works well for me. I am combining it with topical Finasteride and Minoxidil for androgen alopecia.
I think Minoxidil by itself is not enough to permanently keep hair in, although it adds five more years of "hair life" for people who are good responders. DHT inhibitors are definitely needed in some form or another.
Currently I am in my fifties, and I am between a Norwood two and three.
This is only saving the hair I have, it is not regrowing my hair.
