If Histogen is successful with Phase II of its Clinical Trials, cant they provide there services in International Waters soon afterwards or even now?
Safety wouldnt be a concern since there pilot study showed no negative side effects.
If they new they had a product that worked but had to wait 1-3 years to be FDA approved couldnt they rent a boat in the San Diego Area and float out 200 nautical miles out from the shores of California and provide the HSC injections on a boat.
I dont care how much it would cost, im sure that if Histogen would promise such a procedure right now people would be willing to chip in money to buy a $5 million dollar tanker ship with all amenities for such as procedure.
What do you guys thinks?
Here is an example of a a unlicensed hospital in international waters.
