19 year old and losing hair

hey, im 19 years old and im loosing my hair. i can feel on the middle of my head, that the hair is really thin, and when i take picture of my head, i can see the baldness clearly.
its really devastating to see me loosing hair at 19.
i have been taking provillus for the past 2 months, but i dont think its doing any good too me.
i live in toronto canada.
im up for any surgery to get my hair back.
i cant imagine myself being bald in the next year with my friends....
please give me some advice.

Dont make any rush judjments out of desperation. Your 19 which is pretty young, hopefully Histogens Hair Stimulating complex will be out by 2013.

With Propecia you are only stopping the hair loss, with very small chance of any regrowth. And dont forget theres a chance of side effects.

With Rogaine you have to apply twice a day and you wont see any results until 4 months after applying it. There will be some shedding when you apply it, so its no free lunch. Also its only works in the crown and top of head, and not likely to work in hairline

As I mentioned earlier Histogen should hopefully come out with a cure in 2 - 2.5 years and untill then the safest, affordable and most effective thing is to cover it up with hair fibers.

i tried to order what you adviced me, but im not able to order propecia for some reason? it says, i need a doctors Prescription for that. So does that mean, ill have to book an appointment with a dermatologist and get it? another thing, is dermatologist free in canada?
