I’ve traveled internationally with RU premixed solution before and never had any issues carrying it in checked luggage. Since yours is in the original Anageninc bottle, that actually helps because it looks like a normal cosmetic or hair product. I’d just make sure the cap is tightly sealed and maybe place it in a zip bag to avoid leaks during the flight. If you plan to keep it in your carry-on instead, just remember the UK and US liquid limits for cabin baggage. Otherwise, checked luggage should be fine.
