Topical Saw Palmetto: How to use
Saw Palmetto has been shown to fight DHT in vitro but I cannot find any guidance on how to apply it to the scalp. I have the Saw Palmetto liquid in the attached image and want to know how I should apply it for maximum DHT-blocking effect.
I could just drop it onto my scalp but I presume that combining it with a penetrant would give me better results - and at what concentration?
