Non-prescription options?, I am new to searching and could use some help.

Within the last four months I noticed a significant loss of hair on the front and center of my scalp. I am overwhelmed by the information on reliable products to reverse this situation and do not know who or what to trust. I am interested in any information on a tablet or topical remedy that seems to work for others. I could really use some help. Thank you.

Your options are Rogaine or Propecia. Don’t beleive anything else you read about on the internet.

You have to use something to prevent DHT from doing further damage to your hair. Rogaine/minoxidil is provides only an improvement in some people, but your hair will continue getting worse over time even if you use it. Spiro is a topical antiandrogen which has some benefits.

But your first and really only option is propecia.
