Within the last four months I noticed a significant loss of hair on the front and center of my scalp. Your options are Rogaine or Propecia. Don’t beleive anything else you read about on the internet.

You have to use something to prevent DHT from doing further damage to your hair. Rogaine/minoxidil is provides only an improvement in some people, but your hair will continue getting worse over time even if you use it. Spiro is a topical antiandrogen which has some benefits.

But your first and really only option is propecia.
