Blood work results before & 6 months after finasteride

I had blood work done before and after taking finasteride for 6 months. I wanted to see before and after results when I was looking at taking fin and couldn't find any, so I thought it might be useful to some people. Here are my results.

Before:
Total Test: 399 ng/dl
Free Test: 5.1 pg/ml
DHT: 27 ng/dl (Already clinically low but still causing hair loss)
Estrogen: 9.8 pg/ml

After: (6 Months at 1 mg daily)
Total Test: 387 ng/dl
Free Test: 5.8 pg/ml
DHT: 9.3 pg/ml
Estrogen: <5.1 pg/ml (Estrogen was undetectable)

Finasteride reduced my serum dht by around 65% and I have had zero side effects whatsoever from taking finasteride. I have had a little regrowth but nothing amazing as far as results so far. Hope this info. helps someone.

Thanks for sharing this info with us, it's helpful. I wanted to take Finasteride for a long time but my doctor said it's not a great idea because I would probably have many side effects from eye pain to headaches. Well, I usually listen to my doctor and don't occupy with anything he prohibits me to do, but this time. Man, I don't know. I think you have a good result, so maybe this thing will help you in the future too. Btw, my friend who works as a phlebotomist in the local clinic says that I can try it. I didn't know know if I should believe him before reading an article at https://phlebotomynearyou.com/ which explained to me that my friend knows what he's talking about. I need to make a decision tho.
