Hi all, I'm 23 and deep into my hair loss journey, trying all the treatments, seeing a derm etc. Recently I went to my dermatologist, and he said I should try bimatoprost 0.03% and told me it was really expensive, unless I can go up North (I'm in Ireland) or source it online somewhere. I'm having a lot of trouble finding it and wanted to ask if anyone can help me out? I totally feel like I'm lost here so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Oh right, sorry I should have posted details of what I'm on, that's on me sorry!I'm on an oral dose of finasteride, I use regaine twice a day and I'm on Nizoral too. I've been seeing my derm for a while now and he's recently been to the world conference on hair loss in Brazil. After coming back he's said lumigan(or bimatoprost 0.03%) was being discussed a lot there, especially in relation to alopecia patients. He said that although it is an eyedrop for the treatment of glucoma it shows evidence of helping hair regrowth. After talking with other experts in the field at the conference he's recommend that I try lumigan for my hair, but I can't find it online anywhere. I was hoping to find someone who knew how to get hold of lumigan.

Well I've been on finasteride for a few months at this point, I had to change the dosage around a bit because of some sides, but whether it's too little time for there to be rseults or whether I'm taking it to help maintain hair, I currently have, My derm seems to think that the lumigan could be significant with starting new growth. So basically it's not that finasteride isn't working, the plan is to stay on it and have it alongside the lumigan.Comment

I started using finasteride and I think its the most cost-effective product that I ve used so far. Now its my eighth month, compared to other products that i ve used, I can see quite well results so far. I checked couple of online pharmacies in Uk, the cheapest one I found was Pharmica. I would suggest to give it a try on finasteride, at least you wont end up with spending lot of money.Comment
