    Dutasteride while still on finasteride

    Dear forum members,

I am considering adding dutasteride to my regimen. I have been on finasteride for 9 years now with no regrowth but mainly maintenance. I consider this a pretty good result. However, I'm curious to what dutasteride would be able to do for my hairline, as I have read that some people had tremendous success. There have also been people who claimed that dutasteride destroyed their hairline.

I was wondering if taking dutasteride at a dosage of 0.5mg 3 times a week while still taking finasteride daily would protect me from dutasteride destroying my hairline and would protect the maintained result should I decide to stop with dutasteride.

    Thanks for reading!

I've been on dutasteride take it once every 2-3 days with fin in between for the last 3-4 years.

Unfortunately my hairline has continued to recede back.

I recently started going to the gym, last 3 months and started lifting heavy. My hair loss since th n has randomly sped up for some reason.

So I might get on a topical

No point doing both. If you are intending to take both as Out surrenders Fin unless.

I moved up to DUT a few years ago after 17 years on Fin and haven't looked back. Info on my site and on this forum.

Run a search "Upping the juice "
