Is it possible to use laser to miniaturize transplanted hair?

I’ve been shaving my head after two botched hair transplants and the native hair behind the transplanted hair is a lot thinner. Is there a way to use laser to miniaturize the transplanted hair follicles so it’ll match the diameter of the native hair follicles?
