Hello Entemen,

RU is a product that has been around for at least 20 years and initial trials were cancelled by the manufacturer at the time. We're not sure what you mean when you ask about "seti" but as for alternatives to fin/dut, there is PRP (if performed properly). PRP is a highly unregulated and non-standardized treatment so if you consider this alternative you must look at examples of results from the clinic or clinics you are considering.
