I am about to start taking fenestaride and was wondering if I should start Rogaine at the same time. Can anyone tell me what the smartest approach is to get the best results. Thanks!

I use both, But because having greasy, smelly rogaine in my hair during the day would be unacceptable, I only use it before bed. and I use the 5% minox generic costco kind. -
Finasteride, Minoxidil(Rogaine) and Nizoral are your best treatments for keeping what you have and improving the current state of your hair.
Definitely start treatment as soon as possible. I would recommend you also use Nizoral shampoo. It is very underrated. You can get 1% over the counter and 2% from a doctor.
