What is the longest anyone has ever taken Propecia?

Just curious. It seems as almost everyone quits at some point. Wondering what the % of people who have successfully taken this for 10 plus years?

my boss has been taking it for 10 years. i can't even tell he was balding...he's also a complete idiot, hopefully not from the fin!

How old was he when he started taking it? I'm assuming side effects haven't been an issue or he would have stopped taking it.

i believe he's almost 50, so he would've been 40 when he started taking it. he was openly talking about taking it and never mentioned any side effects (i didn't ask, though)

I've been on propecia since the day it came out. I started taking it late in my hair loss so i didn't re grow the hair i've lost but i've been able to maintain it all these years.

Thats somewhat reassuring. I often wonder after a period of years how much propecia is really doing versus your hair just stablizing on its own.
