    Shedding on Finasteride/Regenpure shampoo?

I have been using Finasteride and Regenpure shampoo for almost a month now. I still have a lot of shedding. I have noticed I have less shedding when I actually run my fingers through my hair than before I started my regimen. In the shower it is a completely different story. Sometimes my hands are covered in strands of hair!

Is this normal? I always hear shedding is normal on Minoxidil, but I am not using that. It is definitely freaking me out! I hope this is normal.

Anyone have any input on this? Kind of disappointing to see 300 views and not 1 reply.

Hey dude - I'm the same. Started propecia nearly a month ago.. since I started I've been shedding arond 30-40 hairs when I wash my hair, whereas before I started it was more like 5-10. Anyway, i don't think it's a bad thing - it's most likely propecia starting to take effect and the shedding is probably just the shedding of 'dormant' hairs that will grow back thicker if we respond well to propecia. That's what I'm hoping anyway.

Anyone else have any input? I have seen that "KeepTheHair" has been on his regimen for a similar time frame as mine and gets little to no shedding. I hardly shed when I run my fingers through my hair, but its a whole different story in the shower. It still is. I am closing in on 2 months and my hands are always covered in strands of hair after shampooing. I use Regenepure if that helps.
