Rubbing nails together to slow down/prevent hair loss!!

    Hi Folks

I remember reading somewhere that the process of rubbing your finger nails together for a period of about 5 minutes, 3 times a day, slows down/prevents hair loss.

Is anybody else aware of this or do you think it is just a myth!!

Thanks in advance for any advice.

i think it's def a myth. Rather than rubbing your nails, we'd be better off keeping our fingers crossed

I think I read something similar at ezinearticles.com/

that website is the biggest joke ever... I have a bad habit of always tapping on things with my nails etc. It's not helping :P like just rhythmic tapping etc.

      It's definitely a myth.

Do you REALLY think this website would exist if it was THAT simple?

I remember this one youtube video that recommended it and I DID try it for 7 months ever since I saw that video last year around summer. I would do it for 2+ hours at work daily. Absolutely nothing came out of it.

What a waste of effort and time. And I was stupid enough to believe it. All it did was leave my co-workers wondering what and why the hell I was doing that crap.

Hey, even though the idea is completely ludicrous , I understand why people might try it. We all want a miracle and this is a silly, but cheap experiment. Don’t feel so bad!
