Dude in a year you'll have serious regrets about not starting earlier. Get on finasteride 0.25mg, nizoral shampoo ASAP, and if you want regrowth then try minox. Minox is a pain in the ass though, I'm about 4 months in and not really enjoying it, but my losses have been halted.

DEFINITELY get on finasteride 0.25mg as your number one.

minox is not gonna work alone unless you add finasteride 1 mg to your regime.

Minoxidil works very well over the long term for many men. I would start with that and reassess in 6 months. If you are below baseline, add fin. If not, stay on just minoxidil.

Add Nizoral immediately. It's pretty cheap and isn't going to hurt and is very likely to help.
