thinning all around scalp, what should I do?

Would fin even work at this point? I'm shedding hair in the shower, when I sleep. I though with male pattern baldness you keep the back and sides. So confused, has anyone gone through this. And what should I do to stop this.

Not really seeing it, but I believe you.

Have to ask a dumb question. Do you wash your hair frequently (daily)? That can temporarily thin it out. For myself, I was either every two or three days. Conditioner does not have that effect.
