Well there's almost 1,400 reviews and 88% gave it 5 stars. Seems legit.

Just read some of the reviews. The positive 5 star reviews seem a little scripted. The 1 star reviews claim more harm then good was done.
The bad reviews think it's a scam with made up positive reviews.

No shampoo will ever regrow your hair. Hair loss is genetic, do you know how powerful genetics are?

Minoxodil, dut, and fin are the only things strong enough to make any real mark. Aside from something like spironolactone, but trust me you don't want to touch that.

Most likely a scam. There are a lot of companies that only sell on amazon and fake like 90% of reviews. Look for the 3 star reviews. They should be without bias. Unfortunately, amazon sometimes participates by making some of these companies suppliers.

Caffeine is a buzzword for snake oil. There is no real legit proof that it alone is powerful enough to regrow or completely stop hair loss. People are notoriously bad at objectively measuring things like hair that change over very long periods of time slowly, and tons of factors go into how hair grows. You could take it and coincidentally your hair loss stopped at NW 2 and you credit this stuff as doing it when it was just coincidence.
If your on the big 2 and want to waste some money on a shampoo to feel better go for it, but use the real stuff first. I will admit I bought the alopecin caffeine shampoo which was a lot cheaper, but still over priced. Its a good shampoo and my head feels less itchy but hair loss never changed. Never expected it to
