Almost every single topical DHT blocker known to man goes systemic at which point why bother? If this worked (it doesnt) it would go systemic most likely and do the same thing as all the others. I doubt it does anything anyways except its probably proven to lighten your wallet.

Sadly there arent many good topical options so RU and experimental stuff is the only choice right now. Propecia is the main thing still for good reasons.
