latanoprost (Xalatan®) for hair growth?

I have not tried it, but I will along with dermarolling, taking pumpkin seed oil internally and I'm also taking these hair vitamins.

Did anybody here at TBT give it a try?

I´m planning to use a compounding with latanoprost and minoxidil. I already use minoxidi for almost 20 years, maybe latanoprost could improve the results.

Any thoughts?

Interesting discussion. While the early studies on latanoprost showed some increase in hair density in men with mild androgenetic alopecia, the sample sizes were very small and long-term data still seem limited. It would be great to hear from anyone who has used 0.1% topical latanoprost for 6+ months and can share before/after results.
