This evidence is from these guys that are trying to sell a shampoo. I dont think any shampoo could possibly stop MPB short of leaving the stuff on for hours. Why 2 different posts about alopecian shampoo? You have this and the other one with it in the title.

There is no point talking about fin. This forum probably would not exist without it since MPB became a treatable condition largely because of fin. Its not perfect but it was monumental leap forward for hair loss in no uncertain terms. The amount of evidence propecia has just dwarfs everything else by a mile no comparison really. The spike in T from fin probably doesnt help hair though

Caffeine is available in over the counter shampoos ie, Mens Dove Shampoo and other grooming aids. I have been using for a couple of months, some slow down in loss. Waiting another month or two for better results.
