Minozidil topical or oral

Oral minoxidil is an old blood pressure medication. I don't think it’s used very much anymore. You want to use topical for hair loss because oral can cause bad side effects.

I see that there are two ways to take Minoxidil, topical and oral. Which way is more affective?
