making own minox and RU from raw- advice on preparation and sources please

first post here.

ive got a broken hand so sorry for typos/grammar!

had mpb about 10 years. tried big 3 for first 2, 3 years then stopped due to sides. currently niz now and then. hairloss getting m,ore agresive.. nw2-3, thinning over top, receded hairline, bald spot... ewven sddes are much thinner. literally only back is ok- wondering if ive got some other issue?? anyway, health seems fine, so assuming its mpb.. want to give things one last shot..

thinking of ru once daily 20mg to start-very aware of sides
minox twice daily 5-10% + azaleic acid.

my skin is very sensitive so want to make without pg.

powder sources
- ru from anagenic
- where can I get minox raw powder?? tried getting quotes from alibaba- but their English is so poor, the website is in Chinese on some launch pages and a lot wont quote for small amounts eg 10 grammes... therer is a guy on ebay-but no sure about safety, quality..... any suppliers in Europe?
- as above for azelic acid

vehicles
- assuming different applications... what are the best vehicles for ru and minox, if not using pg?
- if I go above 5% does minox have to be in a cream/ lotion due to limititation of solubility in liquid?

before its asked.. I want to make my own so I can be sure of the product and also vary the concentration easily.. plus cheaper too!
