I have had 5g of RU from Kane seized by the UK border Agency, the letter they sent says they were seized subject to a false declaration as they were described as "Hydroxyoropyl Starch"
It says if I want to claim I have to send a notice of claim, which im willing to do but it says the next step is magistrates court, unfortunately because of my job I have to disclose any court proceedings criminal or civil!
Any ideas what to do? ill be so annoyed if iv wasted my money
