Most likely it has some systematic properties. cyproterone topically is systematic and even spiro topically becomes systematic in a really weak dht blocker form. So I'd assume it would be, but just lower risk than oral. But not by much.

I personally thi k azelaic acid is better, you can buy this stuff cheap and dump it in your minoxidol. I dump in 1.5 grams which is 2.5% and I beleive it's helping a lot with scalp inflammation, just like Dr lees products worked great.
