What happened to Rogaine 15%? !!

I don't think rogaine ever manufactured and sold a 15% concentration. From my understanding there is "regular strength" (2%), and "extra strength" (5%). The only places I have heard that manufacture 15% minoxidil are custom compounding pharmacies and people like Dr. Lee.

Not sure what, but i know Dr Lee sells a 15% minoxidil.

why did it disappear? Same with Regaine, its English counterpart. Previously, regular strength was 5% and extra was 15%. Now its 2% and 5%. What is the reason for this?!
