minoxidil or regaine?

I live in the uk, thinking of ordering minoxidil online if anyone knows of any good deals and reliable places?
I saw regaine on amazon.co.uk, is it just as effective as minoxidil and whats the difference?

Technically they are both Minoxidil, regaine is just a brand name however regaine does produce a foam which is much easier to apply and supposed to assist in absorption.
There are always variances in Minoxidil based products such as percentages, alcohol or not, some also are premixed with other supposedly valuable ingredients. Some minox based products may also appear to be greasy and shall fall out of favour to the majority of users.
