    hair loss prevention

23 year old male who is a NW2 coming up on a 3

ive been using rogaine for about 2 years now and my hair seems to be responding to it well
i also try to add rosemary and lavender oils whenever i can but to be honest it is alittle hard because of the smell

but i wanted to know if there are any other things i could do to add to my hair regimen

what other things should i be doing now to help fight against going bald in the future?

    any advice would be amazing

Finasteride or Dutasteride are the only proven solutions to stop your hairloss in it's tracks. All that other stuff your taking may slow it down, but you will ultimately end up bald. Start with Finasteride first. If after a year it's not working then try Dut. I haven't heard anyone not respond to Dut, but others on this board may know a select few. Fin works for 9 out of 10 men. Good luck!

It seems a lot of guys regret not doing something earlier, so you are already ahead of the game here. I agree with the other poster the two meds he mentions are your best bet. Prevention of loss is the key here, I think it is easier to keep what you have and slow down the loss than to grow new hair. Check with your GP for the meds and good luck!
