I'm no professional but you will likely loose all hair which is in telogen phase. New hair will grow back. 50-100? That depends on how many hair you got and how many of them who is in the telogen phase. You should be concerned if those new hair grow back miniaturized (thinner than before you lost them). Hair needs to rest, therefore you will loose hair every day even if you use propecia.
