I recently got nizoral 2%, and plan on using it up to two times a week, probably something like monday and fridays. Just wondering if a shed is expected, and how large those sheds usually are. Thank you.
Normally you won't experience a shed, however, if you over use the 2% Keto it could cause you to lose hair. Using it twice a week is okay for the first 2-4 weeks but thereafter just once per week is more than enough.
