does Minox-gained hair fall out after quitting if you're on Fin?

If you get good regrowth on Minox, upon stopping Minox but continuing with a DHT blocker, shouldn't the hair remain? Why doesn't it?

Good question, could be a balance kind of thing.

Fin alone may not be enough to stop the MPB gene, minox may just act as that extra booster to reinforce those new hairs.

From what I've read and what it seems, you need a good defense(DHT inhibitor, in the future a localized DHT inhibitor just for your hair) as well as a good offense(all we have is a weak solution in Minoxidil, BIM seems slightly better, but histogen seems like the best option for this.)

In the near future I think you need a pairing of drugs to create the best result, as in Fin+Histogen. As the fight against your hair is much weaker from Fin, then the Histogen would give a huge boost.

This is all just a guess though I dont claim any scientific knowledge.

I was on rogaine for 10 months, fin for 6 months, and thought the same...so i quit rogaine...

over the next 3 months I shed a TON, scalp itched like crazy, etc...so I started using rogaine again and am still trying to get back to where I was before I quit rogaine.

if you can afford both of them, dont quit rogaine, or youll go through a massive shed like I did.
