I'm losing hair on the crown on my head, my hairline is still intact though. It was something I was very self conscious about and was just sick and tired of trying to cover it up by styling my hair one way or another and thinking about it

The photo is too small and doesn't show all your face, that is why it is hard to tell if this haircut fits you. However if talking about the look of your hair in general, so it looks good and my first question when I saw your photo was: 'why did he shaved his hair? I don't see any problem'.

By the way, I think that shaving is the last option that should be used when hair loss treatments do not give any results.

It seems like it's always the people that really have minor to no hair loss issues that "can't take it anymore" and shave their head... while those of us that are balding pretty badly can't build up the nerve to.

Due to the balding miniaturization process some guys only display hair loss when their hair grows out longer, this is why some people say, "just shave it bro!".

It can also be a bit difficult to tell how severe someone's balding is just from 1 picture, as the appearance of hair can substantially look thicker with flash photography, flattering lighting, blurry pictures or even the angle at which the picture is taken.
