Should hair transplant grafts be kept cold? Dr. Lindsey reviews a journal article

In this short video we discuss Dr. Beehner's small study showing increased survival with non-cold storage of grafts. While its a small study, I applaud him for questioning the status quo. Ultimately, getting the case done efficiently, without traumatizing the roots, and graft out of body time under 6 hours, are likely the most important factors in hair survival for most non-smoking patients.

It'll be interesting to see if further research adds to this finding.
