Okay since we got on the subject I thought I would take a picture of what real gelatin from real animal bones should look like. It’s seasoned only with Celtic Sea Salt and it is absolutely delicious. It can be eaten cold or reheated and served as a soup.

I can give so many reasons why this is beneficial outside of hair and skin. Imagine having to go through the pain of having back surgery due to deteriorated discs. Real food like this prevents that from happening but you will never hear about it from a doctor. He works only for the hospital which wants to see some back surgeries coming in or the pharmaceutical companies who want to see some prescriptions written. Plus a doctor doesn’t even know about it as the curriculum he studies is determined by those who are really in control. It’s really kind of sad in a way that they spend all their time on their education only to find out they have to work within a controlled system or they lose their license. That to me is not a real doctor but this is what we have so we basically need to research for ourselves.

Kayman yes absolutely as I have found that my head suits that look when it’s shaved for fue. If anything I would do exactly what I have stated many times I would have a mature hairline established using fue to frame the face, keep it short and leave the crown bald. In my opinion that is a good look and very safe.

Firstly I should say congrats on achieving the physique you have no doubt you've worked very hard for it, that kind of physique compliments a bald head look very well as most of us know and your repair work is an obvious improvement, could I just ask out of interest, if it weren't for the scarring which you speak of would you have just shaved your head and gone with that look? I mean if you could turn the clock back would you just shave it instead of the surgery route?

Now your talking, nor do I eat bread, Homemade Whole Wheat on occasion if I can find someone to make it, I get lazy at times after working too much, thank God for Wholefoods.....

When I see so many young men losing their hair it has often made me wonder if the garbage many consume has a long lasting effect. Reading your post about normal nutrition, believe me, I've been doing the same things for years now, its mind-boggling the affect it has on the body, mind and soul.

    Have a good one Topcat.

And yes these pictures are extremely close under very bright light or daylight. In person in looks much better.

    Hi Topcat...!

The hair is coming along nicely. Question, did the transplanted beard hairs fall out after the procedure?

Doesn't look like it to me viewing the previous photos, looks like their getting progressively longer.

Your chin looks like nothing was done, really incredible, if the macro shots don't show anything worth mentioning as far as scaring, it certainly must look great from a short distance away too.

Same with your hair, being a little thin in macro (naturally), I bet it looks great from a short distance away compared to prior the procedure. Do you plan on going back for another pass?

I hear you regarding you are what you eat, after being diagnosed with diabetes long ago I been watching exactly what I consume for several years, you're certainly right, eating good nutritious food and working out makes all the difference in the world, not only for the body, but the hair as well.

Wholefoods is where we shop too, they don't have every product I want, but they do have the largest selection of great-nutritious food compared to the chain-stores selling the chemical ridden garbage. Eating the proper food and getting jacked, insulin isn't necessary.

Best of luck to you my friend...!

No problem I’m happy to help and could also talk about it all day.
One quick thought. Factory farmers at some point in time realized they could feed their cattle cheap grain and double or triple their bodyweight by the time they were ready for market, substantially increasing their income. The big food processors figured out the same thing they could feed cheap grain in various combinations of flavors and textures, trademark their product and make sh*tloads of money. Only problem is it’s not real food or at least anything that a human should be consuming and tripling ones want is not something most are looking to do.

Good luck with your program and here is one tip that can make a huge difference. If you can lose your fear of cholesterol and the sun you could easily double or triple your testosterone levels naturally. You will be leaner, stronger and happier and it will cost you practically nothing and that’s the problem, it’s free.

I have found that when I feel really good I’m happier and I always feel really good. Sometimes my passion is misunderstood.

There is probably no reliable way to find out where these chicken feet come from but I'm sure they didn't go out of their way to find farm raised birds. Thanks for your input. I find this all very interesting and the more I learn the more I enjoy. I can say that over the past few months I have changed a lot of the easy things that I consume. Cutting out sugars, natural fructose, breads, etc. and my has transformed my physique (along with specific weight routines) faster than it ever before in my life. What I have learned about bread alone is shocking and has lead me to a much more satisfying diet without gluten wrecking havoc in my stomach! Anyway, I could talk about this all day. Thanks again.

Well on average about 2-3 hours. But the slower you can cook it meaner lower heat and longer always the better health wise. This is one of the misconceptions of meat being carcinogenic. That could be said about anything where extremely high temperatures are used to cook the product. Boiled meat is hardly carcinogenic that is providing that the meat has been raised on is natural diet which is grass making it much higher in omega 3 along with conjugated linoleic acid which actually prevents cancer and it would also have to be raised without the use of hormones and antibiotics. But it becomes very easy to manipulate information and only tell half the story.

Same goes for chickens they don’t eat a diet of grains no bird does. Supplemental grain I guess would be okay depending on where that grain is coming from and as long as it is not GMO meaning the pesticide glyphosate is built into the seed. I have several friends that have farms and the chickens eat grass, bugs, worms and will peck at the carcass of a dead animal the result is that once again the omega 3 ratio is much more in line with what you should be consuming. I can tell the difference in one of those eggs and even an organic egg purchased from Whole Foods instantly, the fact is there is no comparison.

With this being said I would find out where the chicken is coming from as it does matter. Everything you see being done with food whether it’s GMO, pasteurization, radiation etc has only to do with money and hardly anything to do with health. I mean for God sake I have to purchase almonds from a small farmer in California and just have them shipped as you can’t buy them raw in the store. Just our government working with big processors to help them make more money by making processing easier, shelf life longer all the while pushing the small guys that are actually doing the right thing out of business as it becomes harder to compete. All in the name of your health at least that is what they would like you to believe.

So how does a dumbed down population figure it all out with spending an extraordinary amount of time researching. The fact is they don’t and just pick one of the top ten diseases on the list that people die an early death from and you will suddenly realize it could have been avoided if the money didn’t matter as much.

See, now that is information I can use. I have no issues finding chicken feet as I live in a suburb of Vancouver that is about 70% Chinese so there are lots of Chinese markets near my home. I can get anything I want and most things I don't want How long do the wings and/or feet have to cook to break down enough to be usable?

I'm in the middle of a physical renaissance so I appreciate your input.

Jotronic you could probably use the legs too but I think the wings work better. The smaller bones, tendons and skin in the wings are very high in collagen and break down easier. Even better are chicken feet which might be hard for most to find. We do have some Amish farmers in the area that come into the city and they do offer chicken feet so for me it’s not a problem. If you are interested in finding someone in your area check out eatwild dot com

Of course gelatin is extremely beneficial for the skin, hair and nails but not only that when cooking with the bones you flood the body with glycosaminoglycans which adhere to collagen anywhere in the body helping to keep tendons and ligaments supple and strong. You simply do not hear about it because the real money is being made in joint replacements or surgery. Even glucosamine which is made from glycosaminoglycans cannot even come close to the real thing but once again this issue of how does one make money from the information comes into play and the public ends up short changed. People eventually end up on some type of medication which eventually destroys the rest of their life and it could have all been easily avoided.

If you make beef soup always try to include a knee joint.

Why turkey wing soup as opposed to any other part of the turkey?

Here is my 2 month update. The only issues that I have had were some ingrown hairs under the chin that finally seem to be going away. What I have found is that a mixture of powdered aspirin and witch hazel works very well but benzoyl peroxide works even better and I can tell the difference in only a few days. This is something I do on my own. It was not suggested by the clinic nor do I ask the clinic. I prefer to just take care of myself and my own aftercare and take full responsibility for whatever I do. Should you do the same as I do, that is up to you.

Outside of eating my usually 12 or more eggs a day and massive amounts of Vitamin C through food extracts I have been eating more turkey wing soup. When it chills it is complete gelatin. All three items listed have a huge affect on collagen and skin healing.

I have had approximately 750 beard hair grafts extracted from this small area.
