    In my case, it might.
The doctor told me 400 grafts because of how little the section is that I want to close up. I just want an "even" hairline. I have more of a roundish, half-moonish hairline. Which is what I've had since I was born. Never liked it growing up. lol.
So for me, yes, closing up that roundish look would make a huge difference for my confidence. It may sound silly, but it would...

As far as hair loss, I hope I never have to deal with that. But I can't predict the future...
I am kind of scared that doing the fue might make my hair fall out all of a sudden.... I think that's what's scaring me. But I've always been self conscious of my roundish hairline.

The one thing is that it should be very safe and a fast recovery successful or not.
It will be placed in between my natural hairline.
I have a half moon hairline. Something similar to this shape ---> )
I want to make my hairline similar to this shape ----------------> (
So the doctor is basically filling in the space where I NEVER had hair, from birth, really. The rest of my hair is fine. Full. (Hopefully it stays that way after the FUE, I can't predict the future of far as hair loss. But my immediate family or cousins don't have it).

I can't see a problem if you are doing FUE. Strip for you would be excessive for hairline work. The risk that goes with strip just isn't worth it.

good luck and think positive if you are set on the HT.

I wish you the best. I love hearing stories, that is why people put up the money for a positive experience.

I will let you know how it goes.
I'm so nervous and the doctor and his employees are just trying to smooth me through it. They keep telling me, the procedure is so small. And the area I'm treating is so small and not to worry.

But It's like, I feel nervous-ness and denial.

Nervous-ness, like something could go wrong... what if nothing grows and I waste all that money? Or what if the FUE makes my hair fall out of all of a sudden? I've never experience hair loss, and what if I cause it upon myself?

And denial - as far as... what if everything goes right? And I finally close that little space in my hairline where it's more straight and even and hair actually grows... I wouldn't even know what to say or do, my confidence would be restored - or further more, awakened, since I never really had it to begin with. Since, I've always had this hairline as a child - was teased about it, etc...

ask for the legal paper work ahead of time. READ this information. All of your consumer protection under the law starts and stops with the paper that they will have you sign. Once signed you have very little to NO legal recourse whatsoever.

If you don't like giving up your right to protect your body make sure you amend this waiver. Most doctors won't allow you to amend this waiver.

did you interview their tech staff, and check the background and experience of everyone that will be touching your head?

Make sure you pay ahead of time while not under the influence of medication.

Did you ask the doctor for pictures of his botched job? He does have bad results, ask him to share his honest results. Record everything you do audio and video if possible, and pictures.

Take as many pictures from as many angles as you can, and try to keep the pictures in a controlled environment (same location, camera, and lighting) and after you can do a fair comparison to report your results.

to be honest it doesn't sound like you are 100% sure you want to do this. I would suggest that you get to that point before under going surgery of any kind.

no one is going to give you the advice I am giving you, use it wisely.

            again good luck

Thank you, Mr. 4000 I will do just that.
I am ready for it, however.
But am I ready for the unknown? No.
              That's the problem.
And there will always be an unknown to some degree.
But do I like where I am now with my hairline? No.

So, I'm kind of like, in that "space".

I will do everything you noted - I've done some of switch you mentioned already. And I won't be afraid to stop everything in it's tracks if I have to. This is a life altering procedure...
Even if I'm just doing 400 grafts with FUE.

                      Okay thank you.
I just wanted to know if the doctor was from http://www.iahrs.org/
Which is quite alarming actually, that he is, that doesn't sit well with me...
Thank you for answering Mr. 4000.

And to the Mods, I asked a question and we will move on from it. I don't want to start any trouble.

I am not paid by doctors and would never work for one. I am 100% on the consumer's side so don't hesitate

                          I will ask, of course.
But I also will do my best to respect the environment here.
