I have a 5k to run twelve days after a minor procedure: 500-600 grafts (strip). Is that enough time so that I don't disrupt or affect any of the transplanted hairs?

Even though the grafts are securely in place after 12 days, it may still be a bit early to run 5K IMHO to be on the safe side.
I would ask your HT doctor first and follow that advice."Gillenator"
