I heard somewhere that Hair transplant is possible for both men and women https://www.scribbr.com/ .A positive effect is achieved if the hair is thick on the temples and in the back of the head (the strongest donor zones), and hair loss has slowed down or stopped.

As far as I know, it requires careful planning and balanced therapeutic training, and the most important factor for success is the qualification of personnel who can guarantee professionalism and competence in this matter. good luck! 😃

There are still UV rays present through clouds correct?and sometimes it can be very bright outdoors even without the sun. And what about when Im driving in my car, or work truck, too risky? If I go in the pool with my kids,Ill probably use sun screen although I hate any creams, or gels in my hair. What level SPF would be safe?

The hat must have a nylon mesh that allows light to pass through it?...if so, most nylon hats should not be interfering with your grafts causing any sunburn...it is however always best to wear a cap that does not allow sunlight to penetrate onto your grafts.

As long as your recipient area is well protected, you should be fine.

If you had FUHT, you must make sure there is not tension on the strip scar from the band on the cap....if you had FUE, there is no strip scar to stretch.

Talk with your surgeon about this when you arrive at the clinic and follow the post-op instructions they provide you.

One day i discovered that the hat slightly pass the sun rays
The hat made 100% from nylon
