Dr Charles 2nd procedure

After one year of a fairly successful procedure with Dr. Charles I met with him again and mentioned I had hoped to have better coverage in the front. We both agreed that there was a major improvement in the center and back but not as much in the front. Dr Charles was very understanding and he gave me an extremely fair rate for a 2nd procedure that would focus on the front. This procedure was just as easy as the first, his staff was not only the same but they were just as pleasant and professional, and of course I received a follow up call that evening at home to ensure I was all right. I have been back to his office twice since the procedure just for follow up and things are just fine. Now is the frustrating 3- 6 month wait for hairs to grow. My wife also had a 2nd procedure with Dr charles and was offered a very generous discount and is very pleased with Dr. Charles work. We highly recommend Dr. Charles.
