Looking for some advice from those who’ve used beard hair as donor hair
I’ve had 2 transplants (last being 4 years ago) & my hairline is a Norwood 0. I’m super pleased with results but would like to potentially "thicken" it out a bit.
I find the donor area looks a bit thin if my hair is cut too short so I wouldn’t want to take any more from there.
I hoped some of you could advise on what the results of using beard hair was like? I know beard hair is generally much thicker (although is mostly simple hairs rather than 2 or 3 per unit like scalp hair.
What has facial/neck scarring been like?
